摘要
采用太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)对不同质量比例的环己基氨基磺酸钠和小麦粉混合物进行测量,获得了混合样品在02.~15.THz波段的时域光谱、频率域谱、折射率谱和吸收谱.实验发现,环己基氨基磺酸钠在08.49THz处有明显的特征吸收峰,可用于物质成分识别.分析表明,吸收峰的吸收系数与环己基氨基磺酸钠含量存在良好的线性关系,相关系数可达09.723.本文研究结果可为研发快速、定量、无损的食品质量安全检测设备提供理论基础.
Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS)was used to measure the mixture of sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate and wheat flour with different mass ratios.The time-domain spectra,frequency-domain spectra,refractive index spectra and absorption spectra of the mixed samples were obtained at 0.2-1.5 THz.It is found that sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate display a distinct characteristic absorption peak at 0.849 THz,which can be used for material composition identification.There is a good linear relationship between the absorption coefficient of the absorption peak and the content of sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate in the sample and the correlation coefficient can reach 0.972 3.The results will provide a theoretical basis for developing fast,quantitative and non-destructive testing equipment for food quality and safety.
