摘要
目的研究用综合疗法治疗小儿微小度数斜视性弱视的效果。方法该次研究对象为方便2015年1—8月期间该院接收的微小度数斜视性弱视患儿80例,均接受综合疗法治疗,将不同弱视程度、注视性质、屈光参差程度患儿的临床效果进行比较。结果 80例微小度数斜视性弱视患儿的临床总有效率为85.00%。轻度弱视患儿的临床总有效率(100.00%)高于中度(65.00%)及重度弱视患儿(70.59%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.931、13.797,P=0.001、0.001);中心注视患儿的临床总有效率(94.00%)高于旁中心注视患儿数据(74.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.471,P=0.004);屈光参差<2.50 D的患儿临床总有效率(93.88%)明显高于屈光参差≥2.50 D的患儿(70.97%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.203,P=0.013)。结论小儿微小度数斜视性弱视采用综合疗法治疗取得的效果较为理想,尤其是应用在轻度弱视、中心注视和屈光参差<2.50 D的患儿中效果更加优越。
Objective To research the effect of comprehensive therapy in children with amblyopia with small degree strabismus.Methods 80 cases of children with amblyopia with small degree strabismus admitted and treated in our hospital from January to August 2015 were convenient selected and used the comprehensive therapy,and the clinical effects of children of different amblyopia degrees,gaze properties and anisometropiad were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of 80 cases was 85.00%,and the total clinical effective rate of children with mild amblyopia was higher than that of children with moderate and severe amblyopia(100.00%,65.00%,70.59%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=16.931,13.797,P=0.001,0.001),and the total clinical effective rate of children with central fixation was higher than that of children with paracentral fixation(94.00%vs 74.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.471,P=0.004);and the total clinical effective rate of children whose antimetropia<2.50 D was obviously higher than that of children whose antimetropia≥2.50 D(93.88%vs 70.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.203,P=0.013).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive therapy in children with small degree strabismus is ideal,and the effect for children with mild amblyopia,central fixation and antimetropia<2.50 D is better.
