摘要
为了解决回采巷道受动压影响煤壁破碎、片帮的问题,对巷道煤壁破坏区域进行分析,根据巷道周边煤岩体破碎程度和加固后煤岩体所起的作用,将目标区域分为无效加固区、有效加固区和非加固区,对注浆钻孔间距、单孔注浆量、加固深度、加固时机进行理论分析,确定了注浆钻孔间距、单孔注浆量计算公式和加固深度、加固时机测试方法,并进行了实例应用。结果表明,采用分区注浆工艺,既可实现精确注浆,又可有效减少巷道变形。
In order to solve the problem of broken coal wall and rib spalling affected by dynamic pressure in mining roadway,the damage area of the coal wall in the roadway was analyzed,according to the broken degree of coal mass around roadway and the function of coal mass after reinforcement,the target area was divided into invalid reinforcement area,effective reinforcement area and non-reinforcement area.Theoretical analyses were based upon space between boreholes,the amount of grouting in single hole,the depth of reinforcement,and the timing of reinforcement.Formulas for calculating the spacing of grouting hole and single hole grouting quantity,and the depth of reinforcement and the timing test method of reinforcement were determined.The exemplified application result showed that the accurate grouting can be achieved and the deformation of the roadway can be effectively reduced by using zonal grouting technology.
