摘要
通过在天津市12所开设"汽车运用与维修"专业的中等职业学校中开展"专业教学中有效融入工匠精神教育现状"的专项调研,分析出此项工作开展中存在的主要问题,提出具体的解决对策和建议,摸索出一条在中等职业学校汽修专业人才培养过程中融入"工匠精神"教育的育人模式。
Through the special investigation of“the status quo of effective integration of craftsman’s spirit education in professional teaching”conducted in the 12 secondary vocational schools offer“Automobile Operation and Maintenance”major in Tianjin,the main problems in the implementation of this work are analyzed,specific solutions and suggestions are proposed,and a mode of education that incorporates the“craftsman’s spirit”education in the process of training professional personnel in secondary vocational schools is explored.
