摘要
支架回撤吊车是在综采工作面搬迁时采用的装备,在支架撤离时吊车最频繁的动作是吊臂摆动拖动支架,由于撤架时吊臂转动动作频繁以及系统存在溢流损失而引起发热严重现象,大大降低了装备的使用效率。为充分了解吊车的工作特性,分析负载敏感变量泵系统与传统定量泵系统的优劣,采用AMESim软件建立吊车摆动撤架工况下的系统仿真模型,通过对比发现,采用负载敏感变量泵系统,吊车在撤架时更加平稳,系统发热大大减少,可以长时间连续作业。
Scaffold pull-back crane is the equipment used in relocation of fully mechanized mining face.When the support is withdrawn,the most frequent action of the crane is the arm swinging and dragging the support,which is caused by the frequent rotation of the jib and the overflow loss in the system.Serious fever,greatly reducing the use of equipment.In order to fully understand the working characteristics of the crane,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the load-sensing variable displacement pump system and the traditional quantitative pump system,AMESim software was used to establish the system simulation model for the crane swinging racking mining system.Through comparison,the load-sensitive variable displacement pump system was used to lift the crane.When it is withdrawn from the rack,it is more stable and the system heating is greatly reduced,allowing continuous operation for a long time.
