摘要
在天然气开采和集输的过程中,易产生水合物。在这开采和集输的过程中压力由于耗损而降低,并且压降导致天然气的温度持续降低。当压力以及温度达到相应的条件时,水合物将在管道中生成,导致管道阻塞,对气田集输系统产生不利作用。因此预测水合物的形成非常重要,对形成水合物的环境进行预测以及研究水合物防治技术,对气田集输系统的正常工作特别关键。结合油气生产系统提供稳定多相流模拟计算软件系统pipesim,进行了天然气水合物预测,并开展了注醇和加热防治水合物工艺应用基础研究。
In the process of natural gas production and gathering and transportation,hydrate is easy to occur.During natural gas production and gathering process,the pressure is reduced due to depletion,and the pressure drop causes the natural gas temperature to continuously decrease.When the pressure and temperature reach the corresponding conditions,hydrates will be generated in the pipeline,leading to pipeline obstruction and adversely affecting the gas gathering system.Therefore,it is very important to predict the formation of hydrates.Predicting the hydrate formation environment and studying the hydrate prevention and control techniques are particularly critical for the normal operation of the gas gathering system.In this paper,combined with the oil and gas production system,a stable multi-phase flow simulation software system PIPESIM was provided,and the prediction of gas hydrate was carried out.The basic research on the application of alcohol injection and heating to prevent and control hydrates was carried out.
