基于Matlab & SolidWorks的曲柄下料机构运动仿真研究

摘要 为了对曲柄下料机构模型的合理性进行分析验证,以及分析其动力性能,提高设计效率,文中运用SolidWorks对下料机构进行三维建模,采用等影响法通过编程来得到机构尺度影响系数线图,并联合Matlab中Simmechanics模块集进行仿真,对机构尺寸偏差范围进行讨论并验证,直观地反映出下料机构在运动过程中所产生的运动参数及运动轨迹,进一步阐述了该仿真具有高效便捷、可视化、操作性强等特点,为后续的设计优化提供了新思路。 In order to analyze and verify the rationality and dynamic performance of the cranking mechanism model,this paper uses SolidWorks to perform three-dimensional modeling of the blanking mechanism.The average effect method is used to obtain the influence coefficient line graph of the mechanism dimension through programming.The simulation is carried out in conjunction with the Simmechanics module set in Matlab.The deviation range of the mechanism dimension is discussed and verified,which intuitively reflects the motion parameters and motion trajectories generated by the blanking mechanism during the motion.The simulation is characterized by high efficiency,convenience,visualization and operability,which provides a new idea for subsequent design optimization.
