摘要 高迁移率族蛋白1(high mobility group box 1,HMGB1)广泛存在于各种细胞中,作为一种DNA结合蛋白参与调控细胞的基因转录。免疫细胞受到刺激后分泌HMGB1到胞外,可发挥促炎症因子和趋化因子的作用,诱导炎症发生。随着对HMGB1研究的不断深入,发现其可作为多项疾病诊断和预后治疗的生物新标志。本文结合HMGB1研究现状,就其在炎症、肿瘤中的作用以及其抗体应用作一综述。 HMGB1 (high mobility group box 1) is widely present in various kinds of cells. As a DNA-binding protein, HMGB1 regulates the cell transcription in the body. After the stimulation of immune cells, HMGB1 is released to the extracellular, acting as a pro-inflammatory cytokine and a chemokine, which induces the occurrence of inflammatory reaction. With the further study of HMGB1, it has been found that HMGB1 can be applied as a new bio-symbol for the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases. This paper focuses on the role of HMGB1 in inflammation, tumor and the antibody applications.
