Thread embolism,Focal cerebralObjective:To explore the clinical value of serum cytoplasmic thymidine kinase 1(TK1)in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Immunohistochemical chemiluminescence(ECL)was used to detect and compare the TK1 levels in 106 NSCLC patients,36 benign lung disease patients, and 50 healthy subjects.Analyze the value of TK1 alone or in combination with traditional tumor markers(CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1,and SCC-Ag)in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer. And then study the correlation between TK1 level and clinicopathological features of NSCLC patients. Results:The level of TK1 and positive rate in NSCLC group were significantly higher than those in benign lung disease group and healthy control group(P﹤0.05),but there was no significant difference in TK1 level between benign lung disease group and healthy control group(P﹥0.05).There was no significant correlation between TK1 level and gender, age, smoking history and lymph node metastasis status in NSCLC patients;but it was closely related to the pathological type, differentiation degree,TNM stage and distant metastasis. Conclusion:As a new tumor marker, serum TK1 has potential application value in the auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer.ischemia in rats,Influencing factors,External environment temperature
