摘要
针对钻井施工过程中常出现的压差卡钻事故,基于西门子S7-200系列PLC开发了一套自动解卡控制系统。介绍了该自动控制系统的软件实现、硬件实现、工作原理和所实现的功能。现场的实际安装应用结果表明,该系统准确度能够达到98%,满足了生产的需要。
In view of the differential pressure sticking in drilling operation, a S7-200 PLC-based auto-control system was developed to solve differential pressure sticking fast and accurately and the system’s software, hardware, operating principles and functions were described. The practical application indicates that, this system’s accuracy can reach 98% and meet the production.
