摘要
为满足日益严格的排放法规,特别是国六排放中颗粒物数量的要求,增加颗粒捕集器(GPF)成为当前发动机满足国六颗粒物排放的最简单也最行之有效的方法。另一方面,GPF在使用过程中,SOOT的周期性的捕集与再生,机油消耗产生的灰分在GPF内部永久的累积,造成了发动机排气背压不可逆转的增加,导致发动机排气不顺畅,对发动机的燃烧造成不利的影响,从而影响发动机的动力性、经济性等。主要从GPF的应用出发,模拟GPF在不同使用阶段排气背压的增长情况,研究排气背压增长对发动机燃烧及其它主要性能参数的影响。
In order to meet the increasingly stringent emission regulations,especially the requirement for the number of particulates in the CN6 emissions,applying the Gasoline Particulate Filter(GPF)has become the simplest and most effective method for the current engine to meet the emission regulation of the State VI.On the other hand,during the use of GPF,the periodical capture and regeneration of SOOT,the ash produced by engine oil consumption accumulating permanently inside the GPF,causing an irreversible increase in the engine exhaust back pressure,resulting in unsmooth engine exhaust,all these factors have an adverse effect on the combustion of the engine,which will affect the engine's power and economy.This paper starts from the application of GPF,simulates the growth of exhaust gas back pressure at different stages of use of GPF,and studies the effect of exhaust gas back pressure on engine combustion and other major performance parameters.
