摘要
以一款排量为690 mL的单缸发动机为研究对象,对消声器膨胀腔的结构进行了优化设计,并利用GT-suite软件完成了仿真计算及性能预测。为满足不同法规以及部分汽车运动项目的要求,在研究过程中,除考虑常用的A计权声级外,还考虑了消声器在C计权声级下的性能表现。研究结果表明:膨胀腔布置于靠近排气门处较为有利;膨胀腔容积与消声效果呈现正相关;膨胀腔出入口同侧布置且无进出口插入管时,综合性能较好;此外,减小出口直径可进一步减小噪声水平。
In this paper,a single cylinder engine with a displacement of 690mL is studied,and the structure of the expansion chamber of the muffler is optimized.GT-suite software is used to do the simulation calculation and performance prediction.To meet the requirements of different laws and some automobile sports,in the course of research,besides considering the commonly used sound level of A,the performance of the muffler under the sound level of C is considered.The research results show that placing the expansion chamber near the exhaust port is better.The volume of expansion chamber and the effect of noise attenuation are positively correlated.Placing inlet pipe and outlet pipe in the same side and having no insertion tube are better.Reducing the outlet diameter can further reduce the noise level.
