摘要
为设计出小流阻、小轴向液动力的滑阀式温控阀,采用拉丁超立方抽样法对V形槽式滑阀进行设计参数优选。通过某航天器流体回路的系统仿真,发现等百分比型滑阀的控制超调量最小,通过正交试验法筛选出等百分比型开度-流量曲线滑阀。综合阀芯和阀腔的设计参数,得到优化设计方案,为三通滑阀式温控阀的定量化设计提供参考。
To design spool thermal control valve(TCV)with small flow resistance and axial fluid force,parameters of V-groove spool valve were chosen by using Latin hypercube sampling method.Through the simulation of spacecraft fluid loop system,equal percentage type spool valve’s overshoot was considered to be the smallest.This kind of spool valve was chosen as equal percentage type spool valve.The design was optimized by valve core and cage’s parameters and significant to quantified design of spool TCV.
