摘要
为探索制备低明度热反射涂层的方法,选取不同粒径的硅粉与商业白色热反射涂料混合,制得不同明度建筑节能涂料。考察了硅粉粒径及其添加量对涂层明度及热反射性能的影响,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、色差仪和紫外/可见光/近红外分光光度计表征了原料的相组成及形貌,以及涂层的Lab色空间值和太阳光反射率。实验结果显示随着硅粉含量增加,涂层的明度迅速降低;其热反射率也下降迅速。但其TSR仍可维持一个较高的水平。硅粉粒径对白色涂层的明度与热反射率影响较小。
Different sizes of silicon powders were mixed with commercial white thermal reflective coatings to prepare low brightness coatings for saving building energy.The effects of particle size and addition amount of silicon powders on the brightness and thermal reflectance of the coatings were investigated.The phase and morphology of silicon powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction,SEM.The Lab and thermal reflectance of the coatings were characterized by colorimeter and UV-Vis-NIR spectrum analyzer.The results indicate that with the increase of silicon powder content,the brightness and thermal reflectance of the coatings decrease gradually,but the high TSR level of the coatings may be maintained.The particle size of silicon powders have not remarkable influence on the brightness and thermal reflectance of white coatings.
