槽钢夹梁在砖混结构纠偏顶升中的应用研究

摘要 某砖混结构房屋的基础出现不均匀沉降,导致建筑的倾斜率超过规范限值而需要进行纠偏处理。通过设置槽钢夹梁作为托换梁的施工技术,成功解决了传统的断墙设置混凝土托换梁的高成本、工期长的问题。对比传统的混凝土托换梁的施工方法,突出该技术的创新点,并详细介绍设置槽钢夹梁作为托换梁的施工工艺和操作要点。该施工技术操作简单方便,节省了成本和工期,对类似的工程具有重要的参考意义,具有显著的社会、经济效益。 Uneven settlement of the foundation of a brick and concrete structure has appeared,the gradient of slope of the building exceeds the limit of the standard and needs to be rectified.The channel steel beam clamped is set up as the construction technology of the underpinning beam.It has successfully solved the problem of the high cost and long period of construction of the traditional concrete underpinning beam.The construction method of the traditional concrete underpinning beam is compared,the innovation point of the technology is highlighted,and the construction technology and operation points of the channel steel beam clamped as the underpinning beam are introduced in detail.The construction technology is simple and convenient to operate,saves cost and period of construction,and has important reference significance for similar projects,and has significant social and economic benefits.
