摘要
皮带运输是煤矿井下重要的运输方式之一。以变频器为研究核心,分析了皮带运输中变频调速的优化方案,设计以STM32为核心的矢量变频控制系统,通过对电流、转速的实时监控,实现皮带运输的效率最优设计。
Belt transportation is one of the most important modes of transportation in coal mine.Taking frequency converter as the research core,the optimization scheme of frequency conversion and speed regulation in belt transportation was analyzed.The vector frequency conversion control system with STM32 as the core was designed.Through real-time monitoring of current and speed,the optimal design of belt transportation efficiency was realized.
