摘要
为研究不同方法对空轨结构数值模拟的精确性和效率,采用精细建模、壳单元建模、多尺度方法、子模型方法和子结构方法对空轨结构建立有限元模型,并进行静力分析、模态分析和动力分析,对比不同方法下的结果。结果表明:空轨结构采用壳单元建模,计算效率会很高,但误差相对较大;子结构方法和多尺度方法可以实现精度和效率的平衡;子模型方法在提取边界处结果的误差会很大,在除边界以外的区域可以达到很高的精度,也可以提高计算效率。
In order to research the accuracy and efficiency of different methods for numerical simulation of H-Bahn structures,H-Bahn structure is simulated by refined modelling,shell element,multi scaled modeling technology,substructure technique and sub model method respectively.The result is compared with each other through static analysis,modal analysis and dynamic analysis.It can be concluded that modeling with shell element can greatly improve the calculation efficiency,but the error is relatively large.The sub structure technique and multi scaling technique can achieve the balance of precision and efficiency,while the sub model method can achieve high precision in other areas other than the boundary,and also improve the computational efficiency.
