摘要
研究了N-月桂酰基丙氨酸钠(SLA)、N-月桂酰基肌氨酸钠(SLS)、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠(ULS)、N-月桂酰基甘氨酸钠(YLS)的表面性能。结果表明:这4种氨基酸表面活性剂都具有较高的表面活性,润湿力强;冻点较低,具有良好的低温稳定性;对大豆油都表现出了良好的乳化性能。是一类性能优良的表面活性剂,适用于低泡型产品。其中,YLS的乳化力最强;ULS的润湿力最强,冻点最低。
This paper focuses on the surface performance of sodium N-lauroylalanine(SLA),sodium N-lauroylsarcosinate(SLS),sodium N-lauroylglutamic(ULS)and sodium N-lauroylglycinate(YLS).Results show that these four amino acid surfactants have high surface activity,high wetting power,low freezing point,good low temperature stability and good emulsifying performance to soybean oil.All of these four amino acid surfactants belong to one type of surfactant with excellent performance,and are suitable for low-foam products.Among them,YLS has the strongest emulsifying power,and ULS shows the strongest wetting power and the lowest freezing point.
