摘要
个旧市人才队伍建设在数量、质量、结构和配置机制等方面都有了较快的发展,但也存在人才结构不合理、分布不均衡、人才流失等突出问题。因此,必须创新人才观念,加强人才工作基础建设,落实人才政策,培养本土人才,加大人才引进力度,统筹推进人才队伍建设,为个旧市经济社会发展提供坚强有力的人才支撑和智力保障。
The construction of talent team in Gejiu has developed rapidly in terms of quantity,quality,structure and allocation mechanism,but there are also some outstanding problems such as irrational talent structure,uneven distribution and brain drain.Therefore,we must innovate the concept of talent,strengthen the basic construction of talent work,implement the talent policy,train local talents,increase the strength of talent introduction,promote the construction of talent team as a whole,and provide strong talent support and intellectual guarantee for the economic and social development of Gejiu.
