摘要
电动脱气器是录井仪辅助设备,目前国内大都采用交流380V"危险"电压供电,不能满足现场安全作业要求。为此需要研制出符合国家安全电压供电规范的电动安全电压脱气器,通过设计研发低电压电机及控制系统、抱式脱气器搅拌器等实现了脱气器安全电压供电的现场应用。该脱气器改变了传统交流380V"危险"电压供电方式,消除了作业过程中的安全隐患。从录井现场应用效果看,使用脱气器解决了生产难题,提高了工作效率,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Engine degasser is ancillary equipment of mud logging unit.At present,380 V dangerous voltage is mostly used in domestic power supply,which can not meet the requirements of field safety operation.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an engine degasser with safety voltage in accordance with National Safety Voltage Supply Code.Through the design and development of low-voltage motor and control system and the agitator of the holding degasser,the field application of safety voltage supply of the degasser is realized.The degasser changes the traditional dangerous voltage supply mode and eliminates the potential safety hazard in the process of operation.From the field operation effect of mud logging,the use of safety voltage degasser solves production problems,improves work efficiency,and has certain value of popularization and application.
