交通运输重点节能低碳技术评价及推广应用措施研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文通过对当前我国交通运输节能低碳技术的分析,提取了重点节能技术的典型特征,利用层次分析法,明确了重点节能低碳技术的评价指标和权重系数,建立了基于多目标综合评价的较为科学的评价体系,并结合交通运输节能减排工作实际,提出了重点节能低碳技术的推广措施。 Based on the analysis of current energy-saving and low-carbon technologies for transportation in China,this paper extracts the typical characteristics of key energy-saving point technologies.Using the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation indicators and weight coefficients of key energy-saving low-carbon technologies are clarified,and multi-objectives are established.Comprehensive evaluation of the more scientific evaluation system,combined with the actual work of energy conservation and emission reduction of transportation,put forward the promotion measures of key energy-saving and lowcarbon technologies.
