摘要
大型水库工程建设期具有参建单位多,涉及人员及专业多,建设期间产生的资料价值高等特点,但目前其信息化程度相比运行期有较大差距。为了提高大型水库工程在建设期的信息化管理水平,高效管理工程积累的资料及数据,结合当前先进的BIM技术、GIS技术、Web技术、移动应用、通信及计算机网络技术等建设大型水库工程建设期管理系统,用信息化手段全面掌握建设期信息,提高水库建设期管理水平。将管理系统应用于前坪水库工程,各参建单位在建设信息管理中不仅降低了时间成本,而且参建各方的工作交流更加直观、方便。该大型水库工程建设期管理系统成功解决了工程建设期存在的质量、进度、投资等管理手段落后、信息查询困难等问题,取得了显著效果。
The construction period of large-scale reservoir project has the characteristics of more units , more personnel and professions and high value of data generated during the construction period. In order to improve the information management level of large-scale reservoir pro-ject during construction period and effectively manage the accumulated data , this paper combined the current advanced BIM technology , GIS technology , Web technology , mobile application technology , communication and computer network technology of construction the management system of large-scale reservoir project during construction period , it grasped the information and improved the management level during the construction period. The Qianping Reservoir Project of Henan Province is one of the national key water conservancy projects. This paper applied the management system to the Qianping Reservoir Project. The participating units not only reduced the time cost of construction information management , but also made the work exchange between the parties more intuitive and convenient. The management system of large reservoir construction period studied in this paper had successfully solved the backward management problems of quality , schedule and investment information inquiry during the construction period and had achieved remarkable results. It could also be used as a reference for other similar projects.
