蓝光联合益生菌口服治疗早产儿黄疸临床观察及对患者血清白蛋白水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨蓝光联合益生菌对早产患儿黄疸疾病的治疗效果。方法:选取出现黄疸的早产患儿99例,随机分为甲乙丙三组,甲组患儿仅接受蓝光治疗,乙组患儿在甲组的基础上接受贝飞达(双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊)治疗,丙组患儿在甲组的基础上接受亿活(布拉氏酵母菌)治疗,对比不同组患儿的疾病恢复情况。结果:乙组、丙组两组患儿的治疗有效率均明显高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);三组患儿的不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗前三组患儿的胆红素(TCB)含量以及血清白蛋白含量差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),接受治疗3个月及治疗8个月后患儿的TCB含量均下降,三组的含量差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);接受治疗后乙组、丙组两组患儿的血清白蛋白增加量明显大于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在益生菌的基础上联合蓝光进行出现黄疸的早产儿的黄疸治疗能够明显提高患儿血清白蛋白含量的同时明显降低患者体内的TCB含量,安全性可行性较高,值得临床上广泛推荐使用。 Objective To study the effect of Blu-ray combined with probiotics on the treatment of children with premature children with jaundice.Method 99 cases of preterm children with jaundice admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B,group C,group A was giving by Blu-ray treatment,on the basis of group A,group B(Bifidobacterium triple live staphylococcal enteric-coated capsules)treatment,C group of children in the group based on the acceptance of 100 million live(brucella)treatment,compared to different groups of children with the disease Recovery situation.Results The effective rate of treatment in group B and group C was higher than that of group A,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the three groups(P >0.05),the contet of TCB and serum albumin before treatment in three groups were not statistically significant(P >0.05).The content of TCB in children after 3 and 8 months of treatment was decreased,and the difference of the contents of TCB was not statistically significant(P >0.05).The increase of serum albumin in children with hepatitis B group was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of jaundice with jaundice on the basis of probiotics combined with blue light can significantly improve the serum albumin content in children and significantly reduce the TCB content in the patients.The safety and feasibility are high,which is widely recommended for clinical use.
