鲜土豆藤与猪粪不同配比的高温厌氧发酵特性

摘要 为了资源化利用数量大而又随意浪费的鲜土豆藤,试验选择猪粪与之平衡C/N进行厌氧发酵。试验在55℃恒温,700 g物料,总固体质量分数8%的条件下,猪粪与鲜土豆藤以质量比1∶1,1∶2,1∶3进行厌氧发酵对比试验,试验结果用Spss进行统计学分析。结果表明,在粪藤比1∶2的条件下(T_2组)厌氧发酵效果最优,最大日产气量为715 mL,总产气量为7069 mL,TS产气量为126.23 mL·g^(-1),最大甲烷体积分数为60.4%。T_2试验组总产气量与其他试验组均有显著性差异(p<0.05)。 In order to utilize a large amount of fresh potato vine which was usually wasted,an anaerobic fermentation was carried out with pig manure balancing C/N.At condition of 55℃constant temperature,700 g of raw material,and total solid mass fraction of 8%,the anaerobic fermentation were carried out with the pig manure and fresh potato vine under mass ratio of 1∶1,1∶2,1∶3,respectively.The experiment results were statistically analyzed by Spss,The results showed that the anaerobic fermentation with manure to vine mass ratio of 1∶2 was the best,The maximum daily gas production was 715 mL,the total gas production was 7069 mL,TS gas production was 126.23 mL·g^-1,the maximum methane volume fraction was 60.4%.Its gas production were significantly difference from other groups(p<0.05).
