摘要
阐述了高校基层党组织党建档案的重要性,针对高校基层党组织在党建工作中党建档案管理存在的问题,论述了高校基层党建档案管理体系的建立途径与保障措施,指出只有切实提高党建档案的管理水平,才能积极发挥档案文件在党建工作中的作用,更好地服务于高校基层党建工作的开展。
This paper elaborates the importance of party building archives for grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities. In view of the problems of archives management, it expounds the ways and safeguards for the establishment of party building archives management system in colleges and universities, and points out that by improving the management level, the party building archives can play an active role in the party building work and better serve the party building work in colleges and universities.
