摘要
目的对比分析不同治疗方案减少生殖器疱疹复发的临床效果。方法选择2016年4月至2017年4月邛崃市医疗中心医院收治的生殖器疱疹患者120例,按照入院顺序分为三组实施对比研究,每组40例,设为A、B、C组,分别给予阿昔洛韦治疗、膦甲酸钠治疗、阿昔洛韦与膦甲酸钠联用治疗。观察2组患者的疱疹消失时间、随访平均复发次数、有效率、生活质量等实验数据。结果 A组与B组的疱疹消失时间、随访平均复发次数均显著长于、大于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。但A组与B组之间上述指标之间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。A组与B组的总有效率均显著低于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),但A组与B组之间总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗前后分别实施生活质量评分,可得3组各项指标得分与本组治疗前比较均存在统计学差异,得到明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。且治疗之后的组间评分结果显示,A组与B组的的各项评分均显著低于C组,差异具有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。但A组与B组之间治疗后各项指标得分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论不同治疗方案下,均能够获得理想的生殖器疱疹治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状与生活质量,减少疾病的复发。但阿昔洛韦与膦甲酸钠联用治疗的效果最好。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different treatment regimens in reducing the recurrence of genital herpes.Methods 120 patients with genital herpes in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and divided into 3 groups for comparative study,with 40 cases in each group.Group A,group B and group C were given acyclovir treatment,foscarnet sodium treatment,and acyclovir combined with foscarnet sodium treatment,respectively.The disappearance time of herpes,the average recurrence frequency,the effective rate and the quality of life were observed in the 3 groups.Results The disappearance time of herpes and the average recurrence frequency of group A and group B were significantly longer than those of group C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B in the disappearance time of herpes and the average recurrence frequency(P>0.05).The total effective rate of group A and group B was significantly lower than that of group C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B in the total effective rate(P>0.05).The quality of life scores after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment in all the 3 groups(all P<0.05),and the scores of group A and group B were significantly lower than those of group C after treatment(all P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusions Different treatment regimens can all obtain ideal treatment effect of genital herpes,which can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients and reduce the recurrence of disease.But acyclovir combined with foscarnet sodium treatment is of the best treatment effect.
