摘要 目的探究BI-RADS分类在超声诊断乳腺癌中的应用价值。方法选取汕尾逸挥基金医院2016年1月—2017年12月间收治的58例乳腺疾病患者作为研究对象,术前对患者进行常规超声检查,予以BI-RADS分类,并进行分析,与术后病理结果进行对比。结果术后病理结果证实,良性结节24个、恶性结节34个,BI-RADS分类诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性分别为91.3%、80.5%。结论超声诊断乳腺癌中,BI-RADS分类的应用具有较高的敏感性,具有较高的应用价值,值得临床广泛推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of BI-RADS classification in ultrasonic diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 58 patients with breast diseases admitted to the hospital from January,2016 to December,2017 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were routinely examined by ultrasound before surgery. BI-RADS were classified and analyzed to compare with postoperative pathological results. Results Postoperative pathological results confirmed that there were 24 benign and 34 malignant nodules respectively,and the sensitivity specificity of BI-RADS classification in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 91.3% and 80.5% respectively. Conclusion In the ultrasonic diagnosis of breast cancer,the application of BI-RADS classification has high sensitivity and high application value. So it is worthy of widespread clinical application.
