摘要
基于Adams/Car的环境进行了汽车整车虚拟仿真试验。建立了道路模型、轮胎模型、驾驶员模型和整车多体动力学模型并集成,利用Adams/Solver求解器对模型进行仿真计算,对得到的数据进行筛选处理,导入Matlab中模拟变速器在不同路面上所受的载荷。采用周期图法估计的功率谱,使用数理统计方法得出模拟的变速器载荷的特征值,最后把模拟结果与ETA/VPG的仿真数据进行分析对比。结果表明:建立的道路模型有较高的精度,模拟得到的变速器载荷有一定的准确性,对变速器开发初期的虚拟试验具有参考价值。
The virtual vehicle simulation test was carried out based on the Adams/Car environment.The road model,tire model,driver model and vehicle multi-body dynamics model were established and integrated.The simulation calculation was performed by Adams/Solver,and the obtained data was filtered and imported into Matlab to simulate the load of the transmission on different road surfaces.The power spectrum of important parameters was estimated by the periodogram method.The eigenvalues of the simulated transmission load were obtained using mathematical statistics.Finally,the simulation results were compared with the simulation data of ETA/VPG.The simulation results show that the established road model has higher precision,and the simulated transmission load is in accordance with the actual vehicle test conditions,which is of great reference value for the virtual experiment of the initial development of transmission.
