摘要
聚氨酯软管广泛用于大流量、远距离的液体输送系统,在应急保障、维稳处突中均发挥了重要作用。新沿程摩阻损失计算公式充分考虑了聚氨酯软管在内压作用下的膨胀量,以固定水力坡度(水力坡降线为直线)为基础的水力布站方法不再适用。针对这种情况,提出了以可变水力坡度(水力坡降线为曲线)为基础的聚氨酯软管水力布站新算法,并对传统算法和新算法进行了对比,证明了新算法的科学性和经济性。
Polyurethane hose is widely used in large flow and long distance liquid delivery system,and plays an important role in emergency support and stability maintenance.The new friction loss calculation formula considering the hose under internal pressure expansion and the algorithm of pump station arrangement based on fixed hydraulic gradient(hydraulic gradient is straight line)is no longer applicable.In view of this situation,a new polyurethane hose algorithm of pump station arrangement based on variable hydraulic gradient(hydraulic gradient is curve)is proposed.The comparison between the traditional algorithm and the new algorithm is made and the scientificalness and economy of the new algorithm is proved.
