摘要
自十九大召开以来,中共党中央就一直强调要以团内改革的形式,努力探索高校共青团新的工作方式,推动高校共青团改革创新,这不仅是党对团组织提出的新期盼,也是高校改革与发展的新任务,所以作为高校共青团的领导者和工作者,有责任担当起共青团改革的光荣使命。基于此,本文首先介绍我国高校共青团发展管理现状和政治思想教育面临的新挑战,从高校共青团工作机制、活动组织开展、对团员的政治思想教育以及共青团的档案管理等方面提出几点思考,指出其中存在的问题并加以分析,然后浅谈促进高校共青团发展改革,加强政治思想教育建设的有效措施,以期提升高校共青团工作的凝聚力和吸引力,切实让高校共青团成为新一代青少年思想教育的引领者和指导者。
Since the 19th National Congress,The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has consistently emphasized that in the form of internal reforms,efforts should be made to explore new working methods of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities and promote reform and innovation of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities.The paper analyzes the development and management status of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities and the new challenges in political and ideological education,and puts forward some proposals from the aspects of the working mechanism,the development of activities,the political and ideological education for the members and the archives management of the Communist Youth League,with a view to enhancing the cohesion and attractiveness of the work of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities,and letting the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities become the leader and guide of the new generation of youth ideological education.
