摘要
文章首先简要概述了高等中医药院校青年教师队伍的发展现状,然后分析了青年教师队伍中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相对应的解决对策。
This paper first briefly summarizes the development status of young teachers in higher institutions of Chinese medicine, and then analyzes the problems existing in the young teachers, and proposes corresponding solutions to these problems.
