四川中江桔梗产地加工炮制一体化工艺研究 被引量:7

An Empirical Study on Integration of Habitat Processing and Concocting Method of Platycodon Grandiflorum Radix in Zhongjiang County of Sichuan Province

摘要 本研究以桔梗皂苷D、桔梗总皂苷、黄酮、多糖和乙醇浸出物为研究对象,考察产地加工炮制一体化方法和传统加工方法、切片厚度和干燥温度对桔梗饮片质量的影响,采用归一距离评价法对实验数据进行分析.研究结果表明,加工炮制一体化方法优于传统加工方法,干燥工艺会对桔梗中4种成分和乙醇浸出物的含量造成影响,桔梗饮片产地加工炮制一体化的最佳加工工艺为:桔梗药材捡去沙石等非药用部位,刮皮后用纯净水抢水洗净,52℃鼓风干燥3 h至含水量在35%~45%,取出切厚片(1~3 mm),继续用52℃鼓风干燥4 h,含水量在12%以下,期间翻动2次.该工艺切实可行,为桔梗饮片生产加工的规范化提供了实验依据,对桔梗饮片质量的提高具有重要意义. Platycodin D,total saponins,polysaccharide,total flavonoids and ethanol extract were used as the research objects in this study to investigate the effects of integration of habitat processing and concocting method and traditional concocting method,slice thickness and drying temperatures on quality of Platycodon Grandiflorum Radix slices,and the experimental data were analyzed by homogeneous distance evaluation method.The results showed that integration of habitat processing and concocting method was better than traditional concocting method and the content of four components and ethanol extract in Platycodon Grandiflorum Radix could be affected by drying temperature during the integration of habitat processing and concocting.The best integration of habitat processing and concocting method of Platycodon Grandiflorum Radix was as follows:non-medicinal parts were removed;skin was scraped off the Radix;washed by purified water,then received blast drying 3 h at 52℃until water content of Radix was between 35~45%,and cut into thick slices(1~3mm),continuously received blast drying 4h at 52℃until the water content of Platycodon Grandiflorum Radix was below 12%,and turned over 2 times during the drying.This progress is practical and provides the experimental basis for normalization of the processing and concocting of Platycodon Grandiflorum Radix,with great significance to improve the quality of Platycodon Grandiflorum Radix slices.
