摘要
以投资方的视角,调查湖南、云南、甘肃、山西共12个山地风电场从项目前期到建成投产过程中存在的问题,按问题事件发生的频率和严重程度进行定量分析,对发生频繁且对工程安全、质量、进度和造价影响较大的典型问题进行针对性研究,提出切合实际具有可操作性的对策,为今后山地风电项目工程建设管理提供参考。
From the perspective of investors, various construction management issues during the whole construction process of 12 mountainous wind farms located in Hunan, Yunnan, Gansu and Shanxi Provinces are investigated. Considering the occurrence frequency and severity of the issues quantitatively, typical problems that occur frequently and of great influence on the project safety, quality, schedule and cost are discussed. Then, practical and operable countermeasures are proposed correspondingly. It could be useful reference for the construction management of mountainous wind power projects.
