摘要
目的:分析综合护理对突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者心理情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年10月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者90例,按照随机数表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在的常规护理基础上给予综合护理,对2组患者的临床护理效果进行观察。结果:护理后,观察组患者的负性情绪评分为(21. 56±2. 42),睡眠质量评分为(8. 53±2. 64)分,对照组对应分值分别为(31. 53±3. 34)分、(13. 87±3. 25)分,观察组两项指标均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:采用综合护理模式对突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者进行护理,可有效改善患者不良心理情绪及睡眠质量,临床效果显著,值得在临床上大力推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing on the mental mood and sleep quality of patients with sudden deafness combined with tinnitus. Methods: A total of 90 cases were selected form October 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital who were diagnosed as sudden deafness combined with tinnitus,then divided them into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.45 cases were enrolled in the control group and treated with usual care,while 45 cases were enrolled in the observation group and treated with comprehensive nursing.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results: After nursing,the score of negative emotion in observation group was(21.56±2.42);the score of sleep quality was (8.53±2.64),and the score in control group was (31.53±3.34) and (13.87±3.25) respectively. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing model for sudden deafness with tinnitus patients to implement nursing can effectively improve the patients′ bad psychological mood and sleep quality,whose clinical effect is significant.The application of comprehensive nursing,It is worth vigorously promoting in clinical.
