长尾黄鼠体毛显微结构观察

Observation on the Microstructure of Body Hair of the Long-Tailed Chinchilla

摘要 以长尾黄鼠的体毛样本为研究对象,通过扫描电子显微镜观察并测量了长尾黄鼠身体不同部位体毛的鳞片类型等3项形态学指标。结果显示:尾部针毛鳞片高度相对其他部位较小,腹部针毛直径较大,有由躯干向四肢递减的趋势;不同部位、同一根体毛不同位置上的体毛的鳞片类型存在一定差异性。其中,多为简单冠状型和条纹型,其次是杂波型,背毛鳞片条纹型所占比例最高。 Three morphological indexes,such as the scale types of body hair in different parts of the body,were observed and measured by scanning electron microscope(SEM)on the body hair samples of the long-tailed weasel.Results:the scale height of tail needlehair was smaller than that of other parts,and the diameter of abdominal needlehair was larger.The scale types of body hair in different parts and different positions of the same root hair were different.Most of them were simple coronal type and striation type,followed by clutter type.
