前列腺癌组织中N-Myc、p53的表达及其临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨N-Myc、p53在前列腺癌组织中的表达、两者的相关性及其临床意义。方法收集2015~2016年安徽医科大学第一附属医院行前列腺手术的前列腺癌患者63例及前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)患者50例,采用免疫组化MaxVision法检测病理组织中N-Myc、p53的表达。结果 N-Myc、p53在前列腺癌组织中的表达均升高(P <0. 05),前列腺癌组织中N-Myc、p53中表达与有无骨转移和TNM分期具有相关性(P <0. 05),与患者年龄、术前PSA水平等因素无关(P>0. 05)。另外,p53表达与Gleason评分亦相关。结论 N-Myc和p53在前列腺癌中呈高表达,可能共同参与前列腺癌的恶性进展和转移,有望成为检测前列腺癌转移的新靶点。 Purpose To detect the expression of N-Myc and p53 in the tissues of prostate cancer(PCa)patients and to explore the relationship between them and their significance.Methods A total of 63 patients with PCa and 50 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)who underwent prostate surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were recruited in 2015-2016.The expression of N-Myc and p53 in pathological tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry of MaxVision method.Results The expression of N-Myc and p53 in PCa tissues was increased(P<0.05).The expression of N-Myc and p53 in PCa tissues was correlated with bone metastases and TNM stage(P<0.05),but not related to patient age,preoperative PSA level and other factors(P >0.05).In addition,the expression of p53 was also correlated with Gleason score.Conclusion The high expression of N-Myc and p53 in PCa may involved in the malignant progression and metastasis of prostate cancer,and it is expected to become a new target for detecting PCa metastasis.
