摘要
在市场竞争愈演愈烈的社会背景下,企业若想在市场中占有一个稳固的位置,就要倾入足够的重视在绩效考核上。但是,我国当前各企业总体绩效考核结构不够优化、层次比较低,绩效考核制度根本无法正常进行,并没有从管理的本质出发进行有效的绩效考核工作。在对绩效考核相关基础理论进行叙述的基础上,以A公司为例分析360度绩效考核法在实施过程中存在的问题及对策,希望为企业绩效管理相关工作提供参考。
Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises should pay enough attention to performance appraisal for occupying a stable position in the market.However,the overall performance appraisal structure of enterprises in our country is not optimized and the level is relatively low.The performance appraisal system could not be carried out normally at all.And there is no effective performance appraisal mode from the nature of management.On the basis of describing the basic theory of performance appraisal,this paper takes company A as an example to analyze the problems and countermeasures for 360-degree performance appraisal method in the implementation process in an effort to provide reference for performance management in enterprises.
