摘要
采用柔性压力测试系统研究4种不同握把握持的压力分布情况,以压力离散系数作为分析指标进行差异性分析和归一化处理,同时结合主观调查进行握把握持舒适性评价研究。试验结果:主握把握持时,手部受力规律一致,在小指近节指骨位置处受力最小,在中指近节指骨位置处受力最大;小握把握持时,手部受力规律不一致,体现在握把3在小鱼际肌位置处受力最大;握把4在中指近节指骨位置处受力最大。利用柔性压力测试系统来评价握把握持舒适性,以压力离散系数作为分析握持舒适性的指标,具有可行性。
A flexible stress test system was used to study the pressure distribution of the four kinds of grips.The pressure coefficient of variation was used as the analysis index for the differences and normalize analysis.At the same time,the subjective investigation was used to study the comfortable capability.Test results:for the major grips,the law of hand force is the same,the force on the proximal finger joint of the little finger is least,and the force on the proximal finger joint of the middle finger is greatest;For the small grips,the law of hand force is inconsistent.For grip 3,the greatest stress was on the hypothenar muscle,and for grip 4,the greatest stress was on the proximal phalangeal position of the middle finger.It is feasible that the pressure coefficient of variation was used to evaluate the comfortable capability of grip by the flexible pressure test system.
