摘要
当面临超过生产线产能的订单组合,预制构件生产企业需要根据企业当前产能进行综合决策。提出一种基于生产线产能的订单决策模型,构建订单评价指标体系并确定各指标权重系数,然后运用灰色聚类评价方法确定各订单的优先级顺序,最后根据生产企业的剩余产能对订单进行综合决策和组合优化。
When faced with the order combination exceeding the production line capacity,the prefabricated component manufacturer needs to make a comprehensive decision according to the current production capacity of the enterprise. This paper proposes the order decision model based on production line capacity,determines the weight coefficients of each index by constructing order evaluation index system,then determines the priority order of each order by using grey clustering evaluation method. Finally,decides and optimizes the order synthetically according to the residual capacity of manufacturer.
