摘要
目的探讨儿童特应性皮炎的临床治疗。方法将2017年5月—2018年5月在我院就诊的86例儿童特应性皮炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用0.05%地奈德乳膏外涂治疗,观察组采用0.05%地奈德乳膏联合0.03%他克莫司软膏外涂治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状改善情况、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的74.42%(P <0.05);观察组皮疹积分、瘙痒积分、SCORAD总积分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组皮肤灼热感、刺痛、干燥、丘疹等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论儿童特应性皮炎采用他克莫司联合地奈德治疗效果更佳,能有效缓解瘙痒、皮疹症状,且外用安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.Methods Eighty-six children with atopic dermatitis in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with 0.05%desonide cream,and the observation group was treated with 0.05%desonide cream and 0.03%tacrolimus ointment.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.42%)(P<0.05).The rash score,pruritus score and SCORAD total score of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as skin burning,tingling,dryness,and papules of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with atopic dermatitis treated with tacrolimus combined with desonide can obtain better effect,which can effectively relieve itching,rash symptoms,and can achieve high external safety.
