摘要
目的分析卡前列素氨丁三醇预防与控制子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的临床价值。方法随机抽取该院接收的产妇50例,其中,采用缩宫素预防、控制的25例为对照组,另采用卡前列素氨丁三醇的25例为研究组,对比两组预防效果。结果采用卡前列素氨丁三醇预防、控制的研究组,其止血起效时间(9.46±0.58)min、宫缩持续时间(2.11±0.26)h、平均住院天数(6.14±0.82)d等与对照组对比(t=63.017 5、12.774 8、14.926 3,P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0,P<0.05);研究组产后2 h、24 h出血量(142.39±10.84)mL、(207.49±23.69)mL与对照组对比(t=34.425 0、21.951 8,P=0.0000、0.000 0,P<0.05),研究组总有效率92.00%高于对照组的68.00%(χ2=4.500 0、P=0.033 8,P<0.05),研究组E2、LH、FSH水平均优于对照组(t=8.909 3、1.856 5、7.682 9,P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0,P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇预防与控制子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果显著,可推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of carprostol tromethamine in the prevention and control of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine contraction.Methods 50 cases of maternal women received from the hospital were random selected.Among them,25 cases were treated with oxytocin and 25 cases were treated with carboprost tromethamine.The prevention effect was compared between the two groups.Results The study group with carprostol tromethamine prevention and control had a hemostatic onset time(9.46±0.58)min,a uterine contraction duration(2.11±0.26)h,and an average hospital stay(6.14±0.82)d.Compared with the control group(t=63.017 5,12.774 8,14.925 3,P=0.000 0,0.000 0,0.000 0,P<0.05);the study group 2,24 h postpartum hemorrhage(142.39±10.84)mL,(207.49±23.69)mL and compared with the control group(t=34.425 0,21.951 8,P=0.000 0,0.000 0,P<0.05),the total effective rate of the study group was 92.00%higher than that of the control group 68.00%(χ^2=4.500 0,P=0.033 8,P<0.05),study group E2,LH and FSH levels were superior to the control group(t=8.909 3,1.856 5,7.682 9,P=0.000 0,0.000 0,0.000 0,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of carprostol tromethamine on prevention and control of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine contraction is significant and can be promoted.
