摘要
目的探讨奥沙利铂、顺铂化疗栓塞术治疗晚期肝癌的效果。方法选取医院2015年2月至2017年2月收治的晚期肝癌患者90例为研究对象,根据用药方法的不同将其分为A组(n=45)与B组(n=45)。两组均采用化疗栓塞术治疗,其中A组为奥沙利铂方案给药,B组为顺铂方案给药。比较两组治疗效果、生存率、死亡率及毒副反应发生情况。结果两组的总缓解率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的生存率及死亡率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组的恶心、呕吐发生率显著低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥沙利铂与顺铂应用于晚期肝癌化疗栓塞术中均能取得良好疗效,具有一定治疗价值,其中奥沙利铂的应用能降低恶心、呕吐发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of oxaliplatin and cisplatin chemoembolization in the treatment of advanced liver cancer.Methods Ninety patients with advanced liver cancer admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as research objects.They were divided into group A(n=45)and group B(n=45)according to different medication methods.Chemoembolization was used in both groups,oxaliplatin regimen was used in the group A,and cisplatin regimen was used in the group B.The therapeutic effects,survival rates,mortality and occurrence of toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total remission rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in survival rate and mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of nausea and vomiting in the group A were significantly lower than those in the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin and cisplatin have good curative effects in chemoembolization of advanced liver cancer,and oxaliplatin can reduce the incidences of nausea and vomiting.
