摘要 目的研究后巩膜形态对高度近视患者眼球的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月在本院进行观察治疗的高度近视患者65例,共90只眼睛纳入研究,根据患者眼睛的后巩膜形态分为后极部型(A组)27只眼睛、黄斑型(B组)43只眼睛以及视盘周围型(C组)20只眼睛。观察并比较后巩膜形态对高度近视患者眼球的影响。结果 3组患者1环视网膜厚度以及中央区域脉络膜厚度无明显不同,差异无统计学意义,与A、B组患者相比,C组患者中央、上方及下方的视网膜厚度差异明显,C组患者1环和2环区域的脉络膜厚度差异明显,C组患者全区域、上方、下方和鼻侧的视神经纤维层厚度明显不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高度近视患者视网膜厚度、中央区域脉络膜厚度以及神经纤维层厚度均出现改变,不同后巩膜形态极部区域的高度近视患者眼球具有显著不同。 Objective To investigate the effect of posterior scleral morphology on the eyeball of patients with high myopia. Methods A total of 65 patients with high myopia who underwent observation and treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled. A total of 90 eyes were included in the study. The posterior scleral shape of the eyes was divided into 27 eyes (group A) and 43 rats with macular type (group B). The effect of the posterior scleral shape on the eyeball of the patients with high myopia was observed and compared with the 20 eyes (group C). Results There was no significant difference in the thickness of the 1 ring retina and the ETDRS Grid in the three groups, and the difference was not statistically significant. Compared with group A B, the thickness of central, upper and lower retina in group C was significantly different from that in group C. There was significant difference in ETDRS Grid between group C and group C in the region of the first ring and the second ring. The thickness of optic nerve fiber layer in the lower part and the nasal side was significantly different, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Retinal thickness central area ETDRS Grid and nerve fiber layer thickness are all changed in patients with high myopia.
