摘要
目的探讨运用彩色多普勒超声诊断输尿管结石的临床价值。方法选择本院2015年7月至2018年5月所收治的94例输尿管结石患者,进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组47例患者,其中采用二维超声检查对照组患者,采用彩色多普勒超声检查观察组患者,然后对两组患者整体的漏诊、误诊情况及输尿管各个部位的诊断检出率进行对比分析。结果通过对两组患者的检查数据进行对比,得出整体漏诊、误诊情况的发生率,观察组数据显著优于对照组,且输尿管上段、中段、下段的检出率,观察组数据也明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输尿管结石诊断中运用彩色多普勒超声,能收获较为良好的诊断效果,使误诊、漏诊的发生率得以明显降低,值得临床上广泛推广,可作为临床诊断输尿管结石的首选方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 94 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to May 2018, were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into observation and control groups, 47 patients in each group, including two-dimensional ultrasound examination. In the control group, the patients in the observation group were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography, and then the overall missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis and diagnostic detection rate of each part of the ureter were compared. Results By comparing the examination data of the two groups of patients, the incidence of overall missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis was obtained. The data of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group, and the diagnostic accuracy of the upper, middle and lower ureters were observed. The data were also significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi can yield a good diagnostic effect, which can significantly reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. It is worthy of clinical promotion and is the first choice for clinical diagnosis of ureteral calculi.
