摘要
高压加热器是大型火电机组回热系统中的重要设备,由于压力高、质量大,往往需要进行分析设计,以确保安全性和经济性。针对高压加热器有限元分析过程难度大、对分析人员专业性要求较高的问题,提出应用VB(Visual Basic)开发基于ANSYS的可视化自动数值分析软件的方法。软件通过设计高压加热器结构与操作参数的VB输入界面,结合ANSYS的APDL语言自动建立高压加热器有限元分析模型,进行应力分析,提取分析结果并进行强度评定。以某高压加热器为例,详细介绍了该程序的功能及使用方法,通过软件输入加热器的参数,并进行自动应力分析,达到了自动化设计的目的,有效地提高了设计人员的工作效率。
High pressure heater is the important equipment used in back heating system of large thermal power units.Due to its high pressure and heavy weight,it usually needs to be designed by analysis to ensure its safety and economy.In this paper,a method of developing ANSYS-based visual automatic numerical analysis software using Visual Basic(VB)was proposed to solve the problem that the finite element analysis process of high pressure heater is very difficult and the professional requirements for analyzers are relatively high.The software automatically carries out establishment of the finite element model,stress analysis,extraction of analytical results and strength evaluation of high pressure heaters through the VB interface for structural design and operating parameter input of the high pressure heater in combination with APDL language in ANSYS.By taking a high pressure heater as an example,this paper introduced the function and use method of the software in detail.By entering the parameters of the heater into the software and carrying out automatic stress analysis,the purpose of automatic design was successfully achieved,which effectively improves the working efficiency of designers.
