摘要
建立了偏振能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定污染企业周边土壤铜、铅、锌、铬和镍的方法,该方法较传统的方法具有前处理简单、测量自动化程度高、灵敏度高和检出限低的优点。对土壤标准物质的测定结果表明:测定结果精密度好,准确度高,能满足测试的需求。分别用该方法和原子吸收法对污染企业周边土壤重金属进行测定,两方法的测定结果有较好的一致性,表明该方法测定结果准确可靠。
A method for the determination of heavy metal elements -Copper,Lead,Zinc,Chromium and Nickel in soil around Polluted Enterprises prepared by pressed powder pellet by polarization energy dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is established.This method is simpler in pretreatment than traditional methods and has a high automation;The sensitivity is high and the detection limit is low.The results show that the methods are accurate,precise and can meet the demand of the test.This method and atomic absorption method were used to determine the heavy metals of soil in the surrounding of the contaminated enterprises respectively,the results of the two methods are consistent,which shows that the method is accurate and reliable.
