摘要
在电子产品设计中,往往需要借助逻辑分析仪来观测数据波形,分析其中的逻辑关系。但传统的逻辑分析仪不仅价格昂贵,而且信号的分析还需要手动完成,花费大量时间和精力,效率低下。介绍了一种可编程逻辑分析系统的设计方案,利用FPGA设计可选位宽数据采集与存储器的接口,通过单片机控制,将采集的数据从串口中传送到PC机上,编写基于VC的人机界面的分析程序,实现波形存储、显示、分析功能。实验表明:该系统具有成本低、可行性高的特点,同时有助于虚拟仪器设备研发,为工程人员提供方便、快捷的逻辑分析数据,在简单的测试环境中提高测试效率。
In the design of electronic products, it is often necessary to use logic analyzer to observe the data waveform and analyze the logic relationship among them. However, the traditional logic analyzer is not only expensive, but also the signal analysis needs to be completed manually, which takes a lot of time and energy and is inefficient. A design scheme of a programmable logic analysis system is introduced. FPGA is used to design the interface between data acquisition and memory with optional bit width. Through the control of MCU, the acquired data is transmitted from serial port to PC, and the analysis program of man-machine interface based on VC is written to realize the functions of waveform storage, display and analysis. The experiment shows that the system has the characteristics of low cost and high feasibility. It is also helpful for the research and development of virtual instruments and equipment, providing convenient and fast logical analysis data for engineers, and improving the testing efficiency in a simple testing environment.
