摘要
采用反井钻机施工1.4m立眼,然后套设1.2m钢质井圈,并在井圈与井壁间浇筑混凝土,以加强支护。这种区段溜煤眼施工方法在淮北矿区得到广泛应用。但如果采面扩大,要求溜煤眼存储量增加,溜煤眼必须刷扩;而刷扩必须拆除套壁,这成为溜煤眼刷扩施工难点。杨柳煤矿27.8m深的1071溜煤眼刷扩施工时,针对这种情况,结合工程实际,提出并采用不对称爆破法来拆除煤仓内钢板圆筒,取得了很好的效果。
A raise boring machine was applied to construct a vertical borehole with a diameter of 1.4 m.Then the steel hole loop with a diameter of 1.2 m was set in the vertical borehole.Concrete was poured between the steel loop and the hole wall in order to enhance the support.The sectional construction method of the coal drop hole was widely applied in Huaibei Mining Area.If the coal mining face was expanded,the coal storage volume of the coal drop hole would be required to be increased and then coal drop hole should be reamed.To do the reaming,the liner casing should be dismantled and thus the dismantling would be the construction difficulty of the coal drop hole remaining.During the remaining operation of No.1071 coal drop borehole with a depth of 27.8 m in Yangliu Coal Mine,according to the condition and in combination with the engineering practice,an asymmetric blasting method was provided and applied to dismantle the steel cylinders in the coal bunker and an excellent effect was obtained.
