睾丸的细针穿刺法检测梅花鹿和马鹿杂交雄性后代是否可育的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以往的研究认为,梅花鹿和马鹿杂交后代都是可育的,但是近几年,在梅花鹿和马鹿杂交利用生产实践中,经常发生杂交公鹿配种正常,但所配全群母鹿空怀的现象,这样的公鹿人工采出的精液中通常没有精子。本研究采用细针穿刺睾丸细胞学检查方法对吉林省和辽宁省部分养殖场的梅花鹿和马鹿(正交和反交)杂交后代的成年公鹿进行了检测。结果发现,有一些雄性花马杂交鹿睾丸表现生精障碍,这些公鹿精子的发生被阻断在不同发育阶段。同时,观测梅花鹿和马鹿杂交雄性后代不育个体和可育个体的睾丸体积,没有发现明显差异。 Using a combination of fine needle aspiration cytology and testicular volume measurement to investigate whether or not fertile breeders of deer and red deer F1 hybrids were fertile, we found that a smaller proportion of the male stags were infertile. The stagnation of male stag spermatozoa is different, indicating that the reason for these stags infertility may not be one. We also conclude that fine needle aspiration cytology can be used to detect whether the male deer is fertile,so as to avoid causing huge losses to the farmers and it is of great significance to the development of the deer industry.
