摘要
农业与旅游业的融合发展是衡量一个地区乡村经济发展水平和农村现代化程度的重要标志。根据产业耦合理论和2006～2016年安徽省农业和旅游相关数据,构建评价指标体系,评价安徽省农业旅游业融合发展研究发现,农业和旅游产业综合评价指数、耦合协调度等指标总体呈上升趋势,目前安徽省农业与旅游业耦合属于初级发展水平阶段;从增长趋势看,农业和旅游业产业融合系统是一个不断趋于良性耦合协调的发展状态,未来前景可观;在安徽省各地市中,合肥市为初级协调发展阶段,其余各市仍处于失调阶段。为促进安徽省农业与旅游业优化升级,深化一体化、提高质量和效率,应突出区域特色优势、治理软环境推动农业与旅游业融合、注重农业与旅游业融合可延续性,以期为相关地区进一步整合发挥农业与旅游业资源优势,推动农村经济发展,助力乡村振兴战略提供参考。
The integrated development of agriculture and tourism is an important symbol to measure the rural economic development and rural modernization in a region.On the basis of the industrial coupling theory and the current situation of the coupled development of agriculture and tourism in Anhui province,an evaluation index system is built with the data of agriculture and tourism collected in 2006-2016 to evaluate the integrated development of agriculture and tourism industry in Anhui province.Results show that such indicators as the comprehensive evaluation index and the coupled coordination degree of agriculture and tourism industry have shown an upward trend generally,but the coupling of agriculture and tourism in Anhui province is still in its primary stage of development currently;from the perspective of the growth trend the integration system of agriculture and tourism industry is in a state of continuous development towards benign coupling and coordination,having a very good prospect;and in all Anhui cities,the city of Hefei is at the initial stage of coordinated development and the rest of the cities are still in a state of maladjustment.To promote the optimization and upgrading of Anhui agriculture and tourism,deepen the integration of the two industries,and improve quality and efficiency,proposals are made,such as highlighting regional features and strengths,governing the soft environment to promote the integration of agriculture and tourism and stressing the sustainable integration of agriculture and tourism,in hopes of providing reference for further integrating and giving play to the resource advantages of agriculture and tourism in a region and promote rural economic development and the strategy of rural vitalization.
